The Orlando Science Center is a wonderful wedding venue to get married at! Nicole and David tied the knot with the moon as their ceremony backdrop; which was amazing! Their theme was so fun with lots of Star Wars details. My favorite part of their wedding day was the portraits on the Orlando Science Center rooftop terrace overlooking Downtown Orlando. They had a beautiful sunset the evening on the rooftop terrace, so we had to capture sunset photos before the reception started.
Nicole’s bridal gown was gorgeous! My favorite detail was the cape that was custom made for her wedding gown. It paired nicely with David’s tux. Her bridal bouquet was dried florals, which I loved! I will link the florist who she bought her dried florals from because they are the BEST I have seen in my career!
Nicole and David opted to do a first look at the Orlando Science Center. Here is a pro-tip, if you opt for a first look, you will receive 40% more bride and groom portraits because we photograph wedding portraits following the first look and then more wedding portraits after the wedding ceremony. I also will pull the bride and groom out of the reception briefly so that we can get several ‘night-time’ portraits sometime during the reception.
The wedding reception, in Dino Digs, at the Orlando Science Center included dinosaurs, a classic black and white dance floor, and Star Wars details. This was definitely a fun dancing crowd; they were so fun to photograph on the fun dance floor!
