This Italian inspired engagement session took place at Bella Collina in Montverde, Florida! Victoria and Anthony will be getting married in December of this year. Bella Collina is actually really special to us because Phillip and I got married there four years ago!!

About the Proposal

How did you and your fiancé meet?
Anthony and I met while we were in college both working part time at Universal Studios. I had just turned 21 and I had forgotten to take the day off so I was at work. on my birthday. It was that night on\ the way home after closing that we ran into each other on the shuttle over to the parking lot. I was instantly interested in him and not long after that I pursued him. After that as they say the rest was history.
What was the proposal like? When and where did it happen? Was it a huge surprise?
Our proposal took place in Tokyo, Japan. We had planned a 3 week long trip for Anthony’s 30th birthday and though I was hoping he would propose I was not sure as we had been together for five years at this point. It was nearing the end of our trip and at this point I was convinced it wasn’t happening. We got dressed up and made plans to visit this bar I was dying to see, it was a Sky Bar with floor to ceiling windows around the whole bar and had magnificent views of central Tokyo, with Tokyo tower being right in front of our view. This was the place Anthony proposed while I got up thinking I was just taking a picture with all of Tokyo in the background. This was Anthony’s plan B as his plan A was canceled by a typhoon coming through but I wouldn’t change it for anything.

What do you and your fiancé love doing for fun?

We love going to Disney in our free time and trying out new restaurants and relaxing with friends. We play a lot of board games and like exploring new places. One of our favorite things to do is travel.
What are two things that the groom-to-be loves about the bride-to-be?
I love her confidence and how she portrays that to everything around her. I also love how giving she is to the people she loves and respects.
What are two things that the bride-to-be loves about the groom-to-be?
I love how kind and thoughtful he is, as well how good natured and positive.
