Washington Oaks State Park is such an amazing engagement session location! The large trees with the sun peeking behind is so perfect. The best part about Washington Oaks State Park is that right across the street is Coquina Beach. We definitely took advantage of that and photographed at the beach. The sunset photos at Coquina Beach are some of my absolute favorite images. I love the cotton candy sky in these engagement images (they were not photoshopped!). It is so relaxing at Washington Oaks and Coquina Beach and the coquina rocks make a perfect addition to the beach. This Washington Oaks State Park Engagement is one of my favorites!

Jillian and Alex are getting married next June. They were so fun to photograph and we enjoyed chatting about their upcoming wedding day. Their engagement session outfits were perfect for the location and for them! We also had the best weather for their session. In Florida, it tends to be hot and muggy, but on this day it was in the seventies and perfect! I love how the sun falls behind the large oak trees- this is my favorite type of light!

A little About Us

When you schedule your engagment session with us, I want you to be fully prepared and know what to expect. We make sure that you are comfortable at your session. A lot of my couples ask us if they have to know anything about poses. Guess what?! You don’t! I guide each of my couples through each and every one of the poses. I like for my couples to pose in a natural way, so if I see that something doesn’t look right, I will fix it!
