Their Best Day | Orlando Weddings

A wedding is one of the most precious days of life for a couple. If you’re a wedding photographer, then it’s your responsibility to capture the best moments and create a great memory for the couples. I make sure that I do that for each and every couple. Each wedding is unique in it’s own way.

Wedding Shoes | Badgley Mischka

This photo below is one of my favorite detail wedding photos that I have taken. I wanted a more dramatic look, so I used off-camera lighting to create this shoe shot. I also used the Bride’s wedding ring to give it a little story. If I didn’t use the Bride’s wedding ring, there wouldn’t really be a story behind it. When you look at this photograph, you KNOW automatically that these are the Bride’s wedding shoes and that is her engagement ring.

It is wedding details like the one above that make my heart happy!! The Bride put a lot of time and effort into picking her details, so they need to be photographed the best way possible!

The shoes above are Badgley Mischka.

The ring above is Tacori.

For Photographers:

To capture this image, I used a Nikon D850 and one Nikon SB5000 flash; off-camera. I wanted the background to be almost completely dark, so I exposed for that. Then I added my off camera flash at 1/32 to start with a MagSphere. My off-camera flash was placed camera left about 1-2 feet higher than the shoes. I purposely wanted the reflection, so I placed the shoes on a reflective surface. One other thing, behind the shoes there is a sliver of light, that is from a curtain that wasn’t completely closed, I wanted this because it added dimension to the image.
