Wekiwa State Park Engagement Session

Andrea and Dan wanted to have their engagement photos taken at Wekiwa State Park in Apopka, Florida. They both loved the idea of tall green, grassy fields and the Florida weather. They are both from Connecticut, which is where their wedding will take place in June of 2019. Andrea mentioned that they had never had professional photos taken before and they were not sure what to do. I told her she didn’t need to know ANYTHING! I would pose them throughout the entire session and make it look natural.

How I Met the Couple

I met Andrea and Dan at an Orlando wedding show in Orlando. Talk about the sweetest couple! I was thrilled when that asked me to take their engagement photos. It was a pleasure being around them and getting to know them.

Their engagement session was nothing less than perfect. October was the perfect month to photograph their engagement session. The weather was amazing and it was definitely feeling like fall. Andrea’s purple dress was the perfect touch to Dan’s suit. This couple definitely showed up to their engagement session dressed to impress!
