The rain couldn’t stop us from having a gorgeous engagement session! This Ever After Farms Rainy Engagement Session was so FUN to photograph. It was rainy, yet gorgeous! Their engagement session took place at Ever After Farms in Mims. Their wedding is scheduled for February of 2020 at Ever After Farms, as well, and I can’t wait to photograph it! Allie and Chris met on the dating app, Bumble (so adorable!). Chris proposed to Allie while hiking in Devil’s Lake, Wisconsin. They love spending their time outdoors, fishing and hunting. And like me, they love dogs!
We have their sneak peeks up and ready! I can’t wait to finished editing the rest of their gallery!!
By the way, Allie used my Engagement Session Guide to help her prepare for her engagement session!
We’re big fans of engagement sessions for a few reasons. First, they allow you to get comfortable in front of the camera. It takes time for most couples to warm up to being photographed and understand how we pose. Timelines can be pretty tight on weddings days and 30 minutes may be all we have for portraits – which is why we’ve found that wedding day portraits turn out so much better when couples do engagement sessions ahead of time.
